Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of the order.
Our nappy cakes are tall and are shipped in large boxes resulting in higher shipping fees.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch fast. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from checkout. In particularly busy periods this can be a day or 2 more. We are a small business we thank you for your patience : )
Orders are not dispatched until full payment has been made. Tracking information is sent to the person who has placed the order. Perfect Little Bundles can’t guarantee delivery time frames at any time, any information provided is a guide only.
We cannot offer hand delivery, same or next day delivery, delivery on weekends or public holidays. All shipping services use a third party courier or company.
Please double check that your delivery information is correct. Incorrect information will cause delays and we cannot guarantee recovery.
If there is no one home at time of delivery and it is deemed not safe to leave a calling card will be left at the premises by a courier. The courier will hold on to the parcel for 10 business days awaiting further instructions. If the courier does not receive instructions to redeliver the gift it will be returned to Perfect Little Bundles. A redelivery fee of $25.00 plus the additional shipping costs must be paid prior to the parcel been resent.
Delivery direct to a hospital?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to hospitals.
If you enter a hospital in the shipping address we will contact you to offer the option to choose a different address or your order will be cancelled.
Mum or Dad has enough to carry home! Send the order straight to their address and make it easy for them.
Rural and Regional Areas
Deliveries to rural or regional areas outside of major metro cities will take longer dependent upon location.
International delivery
At present Perfect Little Bundles do not offer Internationally Delivery.
