Shipping Policy
Perfect Little Bundles is an online store, and all orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.
IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to hospitals
Perfect Little Bundles cannot deliver to hospitals under any circumstances.
Mum and Dad have enough to carry home! Please send your gift straight to their home address and make it easy for them.
If a hospital address is entered at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a different delivery address. If we can't reach you, or you'd prefer not to change the address, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight and dimensions of your order. Our nappy cakes are tall and are shipped in large boxes, so their shipping costs are higher.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch fast! Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. In particularly busy periods this can take a day or two longer. We're a small business, and we thank you for your patience : )
Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received. Tracking information is sent to the person who placed the order.
Delivery times
All deliveries are made by third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are a guide only. Deliveries to rural and regional areas outside major cities take longer, depending on location.
We can't offer hand delivery, same-day or next-day delivery, or delivery on weekends or public holidays.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll follow it up with the courier. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a refund.
Please check your delivery details
Please double-check that your delivery information is correct. Incorrect details will cause delays, and a parcel sent to a wrong address may not be recoverable.
Missed deliveries
If no one is home and it isn't safe to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card. The courier will hold the parcel for 10 business days awaiting instructions. If the parcel isn't collected or redirected within that time, it will be returned to Perfect Little Bundles. A redelivery fee of $20.00 must be paid before the parcel can be resent.
International delivery
We currently deliver within Australia only.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to have goods delivered within the agreed time or, if no time was agreed, within a reasonable time.
