Perfect Little Bundles - Terms of Service

By using Perfect Little Bundles, you agree to the following terms and conditions and any product policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be presented to you from time to time.


Whilst we make every effort to have all items in stock, some circumstances prevent this from happening. If we are unable to provide a product it will be replaced by another that is equal or higher in value. Clothing sizes in the baby gifts boxes are size 000, some bloomers or nappy covers are a size 6 – 12months. All sizing is listed in the description. Sibling gifts are available in sizes 2 to 4.

Colours and styles may vary depending on seasonal stock available from our suppliers. Style's will always be made to match the theme of the hamper or nappy cake.

Liquor Act

Under the Australian Liquor Act Gift Hampers including alcohol may only be purchased by people 18yrs and over. For all gifts with alcohol included please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery. 


All Products, Nappy Cakes and Baby Gift Boxes prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards

Please provide Perfect Little Bundles with your gift message at checkout, the gift message will be printed on our swing tags.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing from Perfect Little Bundles.

Our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition and with protective padding to prevent any damages during transit. However, if you find fault with any of our products please notify us via email within 7 days so that we can organise to return and/or replace the gift.

We ask that you kindly return the faulty product unused and in it’s original packaging as soon as possible. Perfect Little Bundles will replace faulty products on approval of fault.

The postage cost for returning the faulty product will unfortunately not be refunded however no postage will be charged on replacing the faulty product. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the faulty product.

Please allow at least 14 days for refunds to be processed and shipping times may vary.

We cannot exchange or refund gifts that are not to the taste or liking of the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Perfect Little Bundles if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and attempt to organise a redirection, however this is not guaranteed. 

Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to the courier companies used.


Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from checkout.
Note - In particularly busy periods this can be a day or 2 more.


We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that your Delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays. If there is no one home at time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave the parcel a calling card will be left at the premises. The courier will hold on to the parcel for 10 business days awaiting further instructions. If the courier does not receive instructions to redeliver the gift it will be returned to Perfect Little Bundles who will incur at a re-delivery fee of $20.00, this will be passed onto you. This also includes, ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules. A redelivery fee of $20.00 will apply if the recipients’ details are not correct or if the gift needs to be redirected from a hospital to a home address. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Perfect Little Bundles.

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so at no charge, as long as the Hamper has not left our premises.

Every effort is made for a Hamper to reach its destination on time. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This situation does not entitle you to a refund.
