If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Perfect Little Bundles immediately on 1300 644 998 once payment for an order has been accepted, we will cancel your order and issue a refund provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing from Perfect Little Bundles.

Our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition and with protective padding to prevent any damages during transit. However, if you find fault with any of our products please notify us via email hello@perfectlittlebundles.com.au within 7 days so that we can replace the gift.

We ask that you kindly return the faulty product unused and in it’s original packaging as soon as possible. Perfect Little Bundles will replace faulty products on approval of fault.

The postage cost for returning the faulty product will unfortunately not be refunded however no postage will be charged on replacing the faulty product. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund for the faulty product.

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.

We cannot exchange gifts that are not to the taste or liking of the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Perfect Little Bundles if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.

Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to our Courier Company.
