Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes Perfect Little Bundles uses a reputable courier company or Australia Post; hence we can deliver anywhere in Australia. We deliver to all major cities (Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hobart, Adelaide, Darwin and Perth), country as well as remote areas. For rural areas, delivery can be made to the nearest Post Office if there are limited courier services in the area or to the courier’s depot for collection.
When will my gift arrive?
Orders placed and paid before 12noon (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are dispatched the same day via courier or Australia Post. Please refer to our delivery schedule for further details including estimated transit times.
Do you deliver to hospitals? STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
New Mothers are spending less and less days in Hospital, we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND delivering directly to a hospital. This is due to us not being able to guarantee how long the delivery will take and therefore there is a reasonable chance that the item may be delivered after the person (recipient) has left the hospital. Why not surprise the new parents with a gift delivered to their home, this is also save them having to pack up the gift when leaving hospital. Delivery to directly to hospitals can work out to be costly for the sender as we will have to charge a new delivery fee $20.00 to send the parcel to a new address.We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Do you have a gift for the brother or sister of the baby?
Check out our Sibling Gifts, optional gift wrapping is also available for a small fee. If you wish to include a personal gift message for the sibling, please make a note in the gift message section when placing your order.
Do you send a Tax invoice with the baby gift in the box?
No we don’t, we rely on the gift message to identify the sender. Please put your name in the gift message or who it is from (if it’s from a group in the office or company name). If we don’t have the baby gift senders name on the message, we will use the name from the Billing Information or we will try to contact you without delaying the delivery of the baby gift.
How do I Know if Perfect Little Bundles has received my baby gift order?
As soon as you place you baby gift order online Perfect Little Bundles will automatically send you a tax invoice, as your order confirmation. If you do not receive an email from Perfect Little Bundles, please check your junk email folder. For any reason if you still have not received your baby gift order confirmation please send an email to email@example.com please provide the surname of the purchaser to help us find your baby gift order.
At Perfect Little Bundles we take great pride in presentation of each and every gift. Each baby gift box contents are carefully placed, wrapped in tissue paper, presented in a stunning white magnetic closing gift box with matching satin ribbon and swing tag with your personal message. The gift boxes are then wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping purposes to ensure no damage to the gift box or contents.
All Perfect Little Bundles Nappy Cakes are presented on a 10 inch silver cake board, wrapped in a cellophane sleeve, tied with a satin ribbon and a swing tag with your personal message. Nappy Cakes are then surrounded with bubble wrap, placed into a large strong cardboard box for shipping to ensure no damage to the nappy cake or contents.
All orders and payments can be made through our secure ecommerce site. We accepted Visa, MasterCard, Amex and American Express. Payments can also be made through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to make payment this way. We also now offer Afterpay, if you don’t already have an Afterpay account it is very easy to set up one. Should you wish to direct deposit into our account this option is available at the checkout, you will then be emailed our bank details.
At the moment we don’t deliver Overseas, this is something will we consider in the future.
