At this stage, we are one of the lucky ones that can continue working during this pandemic.  All gifts will be sent via Courier or Australia Post as long as we are able.  We love bringing joy to you and your friends, especially during these uncertain times.

It is very important that we keep you, our valued customers, informed of the best and most current advice as relates to your baby gift needs and our ability to fulfill and deliver your orders whilst the world is experiencing an unprecedented interruption to our way of life, with changing conditions daily.

Should an item be out of stock for any reason you will be contact to discuss a suitable substitution of this item. Any items out of stock in hampers a note regarding substitution of the same item to a different colour is within the product description. 

Whilst we will be reordering most items out of stock it may taken some time depending on each supplier and their stock levels. 

Due to massive demand for online items and degraded operating conditions we are seeing more and more minor (1-2 day) delays to some Auspost and Courier orders. Unfortunately this is to be expected at this time. We ask for your understanding and patience, and allow an extra few days beyond the normal expected time if your parcels have not arrived. 

All parcels are sent with an Authority To Leave unless you have requested specifically a signature is required in the notes when placing your order. Contact less delivery is very important to protect the health and well being of delivery staff. 

Deliveries to Hospital are not available at this stage due to the restrictions placed on who is able to enter the hospital. We are following closely the recommendation of the Australian Government in all aspect of our business.
